LIONISM
Lionism is a term coined to describe leadership of lions – not just for lions’ representatives, but for all people who seek to emulate, embody, and exalt that leader’s values and style of thinking in order to inspire and be a beacon of strength for others. Lionism stands for a set of values that embrace the lion’s ability to think, to lead, to inspire and to create a positive impact on the people and environment that surround them.
At its core, Lionism is about empowering the individual, encouraging open communication, cultivating meaningful collaborations amongst peers, and taking ownership of one’s own identity. Furthermore, Lionism valued individuals who are both trustworthy and accountable – understanding that true strength comes from their connection, not from power alone. Moreover, Lionism seeks to cultivate courage and wisdom in the face of adversity, and see the possibilities that can be achieved with strong, determined leadership.
Some of the key values of Lionism include serving others before self, never giving up in the face of adversity, creating abundance and sharing, and supporting one another always. To Lion leaders, these values are more than just words; they are lived philosophies through which a leader can inspire others, make a positive impact on the world, and forge meaningful relationships.
